Nova Gradiška

The youngest Croatian city was built in the 18th century inside Vojna krajina region. That is why its architecture, in all its aspects, belongs to the late Baroque period (the church of Saint Theresa, the old court and the prison). Nova Gradiška offers you an experience of Slavonia in the surroundings of the highest mountain, Psunj and the river Sava. Climb up the mountain paths to the highest peak of Slavonia - Brezovo polje (Brezovo field) or cycle on the bike trails. A special experience for tourists is corn picking in a traditional manner.
